6th Annual Winter Fest at Evangola
Friends of Evangola State Park a not for profit corporation & a public charity dedicated to improving the park & supporting new activities host the 6th Annual Winter Fest at Evangola.
FEBUARY 19 & 20, 2011 - 11AM-4PM - Hot Food & Drinks served in the eatery.
Free Activities: Hay Rides, Snow Sculpting Contest, Snowmobile Sleigh Rides, Marshmallow Roasting, Cast Iron Cooking Demonstrations, Kids fossil dig - kids take home a 380 million year old fossil, and bring in your fossils, rocks, and minerals for identification by Penn Dixie. Tours of the Ice Volcanoes & Snowshoes Loaned 1P-4P. Guided Cross-County Ski Tour 11AM & Firefighter Winter Rescue Competition 2P on 19th.
