JANUARY 1st 2008 (BUFFALO,NY)…..The BACK II BACK Entertainment Group in conjunction with 107.7 The LAKE proudly present 2 WESTERN NEW YORK Icons converging for one very special evening of music on Saturday February 23rd. The fabled LAYFAYETTE TAP ROOM, haven to numerous local and national acts over the last two decades welcomes WILLIE NILE and the BROTHERS BAND. The accomplished BUFFALO native has been cruising the tour circuit on the strength of the critically acclaimed 2006 release of the “STREETS OF NEW YORK. Both BONO and LOU REED have called it a “GREAT ALBUM!!!”. Opening the 107.7 LAKE CD release party will be the SCOTT CELANI BAND. Portions of the proceeds will benefit the Music is Art Foundation.
