Jony James Blues Band Aug/Sept Newsletter
Hello blues buddies, we're back at ya with a much awaited up date on what's going on with the band.
When we left ya last month we were in the van headed for the Somerset County Jam Festivalin Starks, Maine. Our Saturday night show went well and the promoter treated us GREAT!! They had us back to kick off Sunday morning and played a 3 1/2 hour set. Thanks go out to Harry Brown's Organic Farm for having us and we look forward to playing for them next year you can check our myspace and find Harry Brown's myspace in our top friends for updates on there festivals.
The DOUBLE DRUMMER EXPERIMENT at the Tudor Lounge on Thursday nights are creating quite the buzz in the WNY area. GREAT NEWS !!!
THE DOUBLE DRUMMER EXPERIMENT is hitting the road and going out on a mini tour of Western NC. We'll be jammin' Sept. 20th in Blowing Rock, NC @ Canyons / Sept 21st in Slyva, NC @ Soul Infusion and the much awaited return to the famous Double Door Inn in Charlotte, NC on the 22nd of Sept. "Leave Your Hat On" as Joe Cocker would say ! North Carolina has never seen the Jony James Band with this type of power packed show!!

CAN YOU SAY ROAD TRIP!!!
We'll return to the 2007 festival circuit this weekend with a stop @ the Red White And Blues Festival in Fredonia, NY @ the Ellicottville Brewery. Great jams and great BEER what a way to start the school year.
The last week of September finds us heading back out for the last southeastern leg of the Survival Tour for 2007. We'll be stoppin' in GA.,FL., AL., and Ten. Check the web site www.jonyjamesband.com for details.
We would like to thank the Tudor crew that made the trip to Hammondsport, NY for our show at Heron Hill Winery. For those of you who missed that show we will be back there on Sunday Oct 7th @ 12:30PM.

Vision Entertainment (OUR NEW PROMOTION & MARKETING PEOPLE) has contracted with Blues Revue Magazine to place a brand new unreleased song on the CD sampler to be released in Nov.. This new track by the Jony James Blues Band is titled
"It's Your Move"
Look for the CD sampler in your Dec/Jan issue of Blues Revue.
